Chennai: The first MCC – Murugappa Chennai Schools Hockey tournament concluded recently with St. Paul’s Hr. Sec. School, Vepery, scoring an unrivalled 4-0 victory over P.S.B.B, KK Nagar in the finals to clinch the tournament, held here at the Mayor Radhakrishnan Stadium, Chennai.

Three days of on-ground action among twelve Chennai City School teams culminated in a forty-minute non-stop attack from St. Paul’s in the final match. The rolling trophy was presented to the winning team by Managing Director, Parry Enterprises India Ltd. Arun Murugappan.
