Ramanathapuram: Four people, including a three member family and a bike rider were killed on the spot when their car hit the two wheeler at nearby Paramakudi, police said. Another person in the car has been hospitalised, they
said.

The car driver, who jumped out of the vehicle and tried to flee, has been detained, they said. The bike rider suddenly crossed the road, leading to the accident, police said.
