Provoke art fest concludes with splendour

The third edition of the Provoke Art Festival 2025 concluded in grand fashion at The Music Academy, Royapettah, after two days of captivating performances on November 1 and 2.
The festival, curated by Ashwini Sam Paul Vishwanathan and supported by Dr. Sam Paul, showcased a vibrant blend of classical and contemporary art forms, reaffirming Chennai’s cultural legacy.
Highlights included a Bharatanatyam recital by Rukmini Vijaykumar, a musical ensemble led by Subha Shree Thanikachalam, and a Veena concert by Rajhesh Vaidhya with young prodigies Rahul Vellal and Spoorthi Rao.
Eminent artists such as Kathadi Ramamurthy, Guru A. Kanyakumari, Nithyashree Mahadevan, Unnikrishnan, Thalaivasal Vijay, and Nalli Kuppusamy were honoured for their contributions to art and culture.
Graced by leading personalities from cinema, music, and public life, the festival stood out as one of Chennai’s most celebrated cultural gatherings, blending heritage with innovation.
