Chennai, Aug 21: The new entrant realme is back with yet another series. This time, the company has come up with realme 5 and realme 5 pro equipped with quad camera set-up with ultra wide-angle lens, main camera, portrait lens and ultra macro lens. The smart phone is set to be released on 27 August.
According to a press release, realme 5 will be available in two new colors – crystal blue and crystal purple and features a 6.5-inch HD+ mini-drop full screen display, which gives a larger field of view, provides gaming, audio and video experience. With 5000 mAH battery, the device runs on Android 9.0 ColorOS 6.0 operating system and will be available in 3 variants – 3+32GB priced at Rs 9,999, 4+64GB – Rs 10,999 and 4+128GB – Rs 11,999.
Sharing his excitement to have launched a segment-first in India, Realme India CEO, Madhav Sheth, said, “We are thrilled to revolutionise the user experience by introducing realme 5, the first quad camera phone at Rs 10,000 price segment and realme 5 Pro, the first 48MP quad camera phone in the market. Realme’s quad camera phones can be your full-function pocket cameras for many scenarios and you do not even have to carry any DSLRs.”
