The makers of Kavin’s upcoming film Kiss have announced that the movie has cleared censorship formalities with a U/A certificate. The film stars Preethi Asrani as the female lead and marks the directorial debut of dance choreographer Satish Krishnan.

Kiss follows Kavin’s character, a man who strongly opposes public displays of affection (PDA) and often morally polices couples. The story is expected to explore the humorous twists that arise when he unexpectedly falls in love, challenging his own beliefs. This project also marks the first collaboration between Kavin, Preethi, and Satish Krishnan.

The film is slated for release on September 19, 2025, and is already generating interest for its unique premise and comedic take on romance.
