Moscow, June 3:  Russia and Ukraine held a second round of peace talks in Istanbul on Monday. But the talks ended in less than an hour, Turkish officials said.
The meeting started almost two hours late. No reason was given for the delay.
This came a day after Ukraine launched a big drone attack. The attack hit Russia’s nuclear-capable bombers in Siberia and other places.
Many Russians were angry. War bloggers called for strong revenge on Ukraine.
Russia and Ukraine gave different reports on the damage. But satellite images showed that Russia lost some major equipment. The bombers hit are important to Russia’s nuclear power.
