Tamil Nadu BJP President K. Annamalai stated that the party will reveal its alliance details for the 2026 state elections at the right time. Speaking in Chennai, he announced a statewide signature campaign supporting the National Education Policy (NEP), aiming to collect one crore signatures.

He criticized CM M.K. Stalin’s all-party meeting on delimitation, calling it politically motivated. Annamalai also accused the DMK of selective opposition to BJP-led initiatives while ignoring Tamil-named railway services and government schemes.

He emphasized that the BJP is focused on building a social movement and will continue its grassroots campaign in Tamil Nadu.
