Tamil Nadu Deputy Chief Minister Udhayanidhi Stalin has announced that the DMK will organize public meetings in all Assembly constituencies to protest against the Central government’s policies, including Hindi imposition, financial discrimination, and constituency delimitation injustice.
In a statement, Udhayanidhi accused the Centre of imposing Hindi through the National Education Policy (NEP), neglecting Tamil Nadu in the Union Budget, and unfairly reducing the state’s political representation through delimitation.
“To oppose these injustices, the DMK’s youth wing will conduct protest meetings in every constituency from today until March 10,” he said.
Each meeting will feature two speakers—a senior and a young orator—who will highlight the Centre’s actions against state rights and showcase the achievements of the DMK government.
As part of the campaign, awareness pamphlets prepared by Anbagam will be distributed door-to-door to encourage public participation in the meetings.
