Tamil Nadu BJP President Annamalai, who left for London on August 27 with party approval to join a three-month political renewal course at Oxford University, is set to return to Chennai on November 23.

He is expected to return to Oxford in February next year to receive his certification for the political course. Meanwhile, Annamalai is planning to restructure several district-level offices within the Tamil Nadu BJP.

He aims to give fresh opportunities to young members, rejuvenating the party by bringing in more youth leaders. With the party leadership granting him full support, insiders say that Annamalai will act swiftly in implementing these changes.
