In a bid to streamline its membership recruitment process, Tamilaga Vettri Kazhagam (TVK) General Secretary N Anand announced that the party will conduct its membership drive exclusively through its official application. Anand emphasized that special camps will also be organized to facilitate the enrollment process.Addressing concerns and ensuring clarity, Anand reiterated the directives outlined in a statement issued on February 19. “Membership recruitment drive will be done only through the official application of Tamilaga Vettri Kazhagam, and special camps will be held for membership recruitment,” he reaffirmed in a message shared on X (formerly Twitter).
Furthermore, Anand shed light on the party’s future plans, indicating that public meetings will be deferred until after the upcoming parliamentary elections, aligning with the statement previously released by actor and party president, Vijay, on February 2.In a plea to both party members and the general public, Anand urged vigilance against misinformation. “I request cadres of the party and the public not to believe any news spread based on conjecture or maliciously except for announcements made on the party’s official social media,” he emphasized.
