Dengue fever camps across TN on 29 Oct

With the dengue cases on the rise in the last two weeks in Tamil Nadu, state health Minister Ma Subramanian has informed that the government has planned to conduct over 10,000 special fever camps across the state to screen people for Dengue and other seasonal infections.

Responding to a question regarding the spread of Dengue fever in Tamil Nadu, he said that malaria and dengue are inevitable during the rainy season. “As far as the Tamil country is concerned, dengue fever is very well controlled. More than 5600 people have been affected by dengue in Tamil Nadu in 10 months,” the Health Minister said.
