NTK functionary held for  defamatory cartoon on MK

The police on Wednesday arrested Veerabandi Kumaresan, a member of Nam Tamilar Party after he allegedly posted a defamatory cartoon against former Chief Minister and DMK patricah M Karunanidhi on social media.
