Director Ajay Gnanamuthu has officially confirmed that the third installment of the Demonte Colony franchise is in the works. Following the commercial success of Demonte Colony 2, which was released last August and grossed over ₹80 crores worldwide, the filmmaker is gearing up for another thrilling chapter.

Ajay recently shared a picture from Malta, hinting that the pre-production phase is underway. The core team, including lead actors Arulnithi and Priya Bhavani Shankar, is set to return, along with supporting cast members Muthukumar and Meenakshi Govindarajan. Music composer Sam CS will also be back to score the film.

While Demonte Colony 2 received mixed reviews, it managed to strike gold at the box office, prompting the makers to expand the franchise. Fans of the horror series can now look forward to yet another spine-chilling experience in Demonte Colony 3.
