The University of Madras has announced the commencement of the admission process for MBA, MCA, diploma, and certificate courses for the academic year 2024-2025. The admissions will begin on Friday and will be conducted through the Single Window Admission Centre (SWAC) located at the Chepauk campus in Chennai. The SWAC will remain open daily, including weekends (except public holidays), to facilitate the enrollment process for aspiring students.In addition to the physical admission centre, applicants can also choose to apply online through the university’s official website at http://online.ideunom.ac.in. This online platform provides a convenient option for students to submit their applications from any location, ensuring accessibility and ease of application.
Furthermore, the University of Madras offers an extensive distance learning program through 64 learner support centres spread across various districts. This program includes a diverse range of courses approved by the University Grants Commission (UGC), catering to both undergraduate and postgraduate levels. Specifically, students can opt for 16 undergraduate and postgraduate courses, along with 19 diploma courses and 16 certificate courses, ensuring a wide array of academic choices.
