Chengalpet, Sept 11: PMK founder Dr. S. Ramadoss has said that he is not a person who seeks high positions in politics.

Speaking at a Thinnai campaign in Sunambet, Chengalpattu district, he said his aim has always been to work for people’s welfare and not for power or posts.

Ramadoss urged students and youth to focus on education as the path to progress. He said educated youth can shape society in the right way.

He also warned against the dangers of alcohol and drug addiction, saying these problems are spreading fast among the younger generation and must be stopped immediately.

Ramadoss declared that he will never accept any official position in his lifetime, repeating that service to people is his only goal.
