The Thondaimandalam Foundation, with support from the Greater Chennai Corporation and Uzhavan Foundation, will host Sempozhil – Chennaiyil Oru Gramathu Thiruvizha from August 21 to 24 at YMCA Grounds, Nandanam. The four-day event will recreate the sights, sounds, and traditions of a Tamil village, featuring artisan bazaars, farming displays, cultural performances, workshops, and eco-friendly food stalls. Designed as an inclusive, sustainable festival, Sempozhil aims to celebrate living Tamil heritage, promote ecological awareness, and strengthen community bonds.
