The petitioner society emphasized the importance of utilizing visual media as an effective tool for educational enrichment and enhancement of learning experiences among students.
In response to the court’s directive, Special Government Pleader T Venkateshkumar assured that the government would earnestly consider the request made by the petitioner. He stated that the government is committed to addressing the concerns raised by the society and expressed readiness to deliberate on the matter in the forthcoming academic year 2024-2025.
The petitioner society underscored that the lack of a definitive decision by the government regarding the permission to screen educational movies in all districts of the state has impeded their efforts to promote educational outreach and awareness through visual media.
