Actor Karthi’s upcoming movie Japan is a special film in his career as it’s his 25th movie. The producers of the movie arranged a grand trailer launch event for Japan to commemorate Karthi’s milestone movie.
The Japan trailer launch took place on Saturday at Nehru Stadium, with the who’s who of the Tamil film industry in attendance. Tamil superstar Suriya, the elder brother of Karthi, was also one of the high-profile guests at the event.
The highlight of the event was when Suriya and Karthi shared the stage and recreated the Rolex vs Dilli moment, sending fans of both stars into a frenzy.
Directors Siruthai Siva, B.Iranjith, Lokesh Kanagaraj and others who directed Karthi’s films also participated in the event and talked about Karthi and the movie ‘Japan’. Along with them, actress Tamannaah, Sathyaraj, CP Sathyaraj, Arya and Vishal also attended the event. Karthi’s brother and actor Suriya has also featured.
Speaking at the event, which was filled with fan cheers, the film’s director Raju Murugan said, “Prasad label Perusu is doing press meet for my film. But now the Nehru stadium show is on. Everything was made possible by Karthi sir. Karthi sir is reading it. He liked it.
