Chennai, Aug 29: SRM RUN 7.0 marathon organized by SRM Aarush as an integral part of the National Level Techno-Management Fest with the Theme “Lifestyle for Environment” spotlighted the unwavering commitment to sustainable living and proactive measures for a more harmonious world.

A press release said,” The tagline, “Sustainable Living, Harmony in Action”, embodies our collective goal to drive change through our efforts. The marathon also played a pivotal role in fostering sportsmanship and a sense of healthy competition among the student community.”

“The aim of the Run is to bridge the gap between technology and society by means of innovative thinking. A life skills training program took place in coordination with the Marathon Challenge event. In this competition, five students namely Goppikhanna, Keswin, Manas, Vanshaj, and Akash, won the top five positions. Following the flag-off by the Chief Guest, a mini-run called SRM Run Junior 1.0 was conducted on a smaller scale for all the children attending and they were adorned with gifts,” the release added.
