The Enforcement Directorate (ED) has arrested Tamil Nadu Electricity Minister V Senthil Balaji in a money-laundering case.
The minister was arrested after a long session of questioning under the Prevention of Money Laundering Act (PMLA).

Earlier, the minister was admitted to a city government hospital after he complained of uneasiness. The ED brought Balaji to Omandurar government hospital in Chennai for a medical examination in the wee hours of Wednesday after Balaji complained of chest pain.
