Reports say that in the event of Madras High Court giving a nod to hold General Council meeting of AIADMK, all efforts would be taken by the EPS faction to remove O Panneerselvam from the post of party treasurer.

Sources say a resolution would be passed to remove OPS as treasurer and a notice would be issued to it.

However OPS has claimed that no efforts can be taken to oust him. If done,it would be unlawful and challenged in tbe court. He claims that he is still the convenor of the part and anything or everything needs hus approval..
