New Delhi: India has shared the evidence of Pakistan’s involvement in the Nagrota terror attack with the international community.
India’s Foreign Secretary Harsh Shringla briefed the first set of foreign envoys of Pakistan’s involvement in the Nagrota terror attack, giving them detailed evidence of how Islamabad continues to support cross border terror.
Investigating agencies retrieved some text messages, suspected to have originated from the terrorists’ handlers in Pakistan, from the mobile phones recovered from the truck in which they had been travelling.
One text message shared with the media reads, “Kahan phnche, kya soorte haal hai. Koi mushkil toh nahi (Where have you reached? How are things?. I hope no trouble so far)”. The terrorist handling the mobile phone replied briefly: ‘at 2 o’clock’.
Besides a huge haul of arms and ammunition, the security forces had recovered Pakistan-made digital mobile radios and mobile handsets, model MPD-2505, shoes manufactured in Pakistan, a wireless set, a GPS device and Pakistani SIM cards.
The US, Russia, France, Japan envoys amongst others were briefed by Shringla, with more such briefings being planned on Tuesday.
