National award-winning actor Guru Somasundaram will be seen as a politician with negative shades in a Neo Burlesque satire titled Manja Satta Pachcha Satta. Directed by Thamba kutti Bambrosky, an award-winning writer, MSPS has Adhithya Varman and Renu Sounder in the lead.

Ask the director, he says, “Burlesque is a style that mocks or imitates a subject by representing it in an ironic or ludicrous way. In Neo Burlesque, I have made the characters represent mythology. Every character plays a role reversal. Also, the narration is through a puppet show.” Ganesh Raghavendhra has composed the music.
