Chennai: Ministry of External Affairs has brushed aside reports that Russia President Vladimir Putin will be present in Alanganallur near Madurai to witness the Jallikattu that will be conducted Pongal 2020. Earlier in the day, several media houses reported that Putin accompanied by Prime Minister Narendra Modi will be present during the event.
