Chennai: The long-pending demand of residents for a re-lay of Eswaran Koil Street Lane connecting with Subha Reddy Street, has finally been met, as the stretch was re-laid with concrete recently.

“Ever since the 2015 floods, the road had been completely ignored. Now, that it re-laid, we are thankful to authorities and also to News Today for publishing the issue on several occasions,” said Vedachalam, a resident here.
