Mangaluru: The police here busted an IPL betting racket and arrested three people yesterday in this connection.

Based on a tip-off, the police led by an inspector Guruprasad raided a lodge and found the men using cricket live buzz mobile app for betting.

The accused had been allegedly collecting money from the public through betting during the match between Kolkata Knight Raiders and Royal Challengers Bangalore. The police seized mobile phones and Rs 11,620 in cash from the accused.
