Chennai: Placement day of Aalim Muhammed Salegh College of Engineering, Avadi, was held in their campus recently during which offer letters were given to about 700 students.

A press release said former MLA R S Munirathinam was the chief guest of the event and gave the offer letters worth Rs five lakhs.

“College secretary Alhaj S Segu Jamaludeen presided the event, principal M Afzal Ali Baig welcomed the gathering, Aalim Muhammed Salegh Polytechnic College A Khadeer Ahmed, CPD cell head Ravikumar were also present on the event,” the release added.

The release further said 36 companies, parents, varioud department HoDs and professors also participated.
