
Chennai: German automotive giant BMW launched the 530i M Sport in India at an ex-showroom price of Rs 59.2 lakh. The car has a BS VI compliant four-cylinder petrol engine that produces Rs 252 bhp and 350 Nm that is mated with an eight-speed automatic transmission.
It also introduces the M Sport package in the 5 series for a petrol version in the country and is locally produced at BMW group plant in Chennai.
The car comes with features such as display key, gesture control, parking assistant with surround view cameras and park distance control (PDC).
There is also keyless opening of doors and boot. The interior features leather sport seats, multifunction M leather steering wheel, illuminated door sill finishers and M Sport brake with blue callipers.
