Chennai: SPAR Hypermarket, a franchise of the Dutch retail chain SPAR International, inaugurated its third store at OMR Marina Mall in city, recently.

The new store provides customer, innovation-led experiential shopping, said the firm in a release and added that the market offers a wholesome assortment of groceries, consumer-packaged goods, home and living products and the like.

The release stated that the services offered are online covering website, mobile application and teleshopping. “Focusing on delivering a distinctive brand connect and loyalty, SPAR brings together great merchandising and technology to deliver an experience which converges modern and traditional,” stated the release.

“Chennai has been a very welcoming city to SPAR. Our first store at Vadapalani Forum Vijaya Mall and second at Anna Nagar VR Mall have both met with overwhelming response. We are delighted to expand our presence in this vibrant city with our third store at The Marina Mall on OMR,” said CEO and MD, SPAR India, Rajeev Krishnan.
