Chennai: A total of five State-owned hospitals’ Deans have been transferred, according to a press release issued by Tamilnadu Medical Service.

Government Sivagangai Medical College Dean Dr K Vanitha has been transferred to Government Madurai Medical College owing to the retirement of vice Dr D Maruthupandian.

Government Pudukottai Medical College Dean, Dr Saradha will take charge at Tiruchi Annal Mahatma Gandhi Government Medical College due to the retirement of vice Dr Anitha and the position will be taken up in the former hospital by Government Perambalur Medical College Dean cum Special Officer Dr A L Meenakshi.

The hospital in Perambalur will be head by Government Thoothukudi Medical College Dr B Vasanthi and the position in the latter hospital will be occuupied by Government Kanniyakumari Medical College Dean Dr S Balasubramanian.
