Simbu starrer Vantha Rajavathaan Varuven has been given a clean ‘U’ certifi cate by the censors. Directed by Sundar C, it is a family entertainer and it is all set for release on 1 February. Produced by Lyca Productions, Vantha Rajavathaan Varuven is the remake of Telugu hit Attarintiki Daredi.

The film is all about how a youngster reunites his aunt’s family with his grand dad. Ramya Krishnan plays STR’s aunt in the fi lm which also has Megha Akash, Catherine Tresa, Nassar, Prabhu, Suman, Robo Shankar, Mahat, VTV Ganesh, and Yogi Babu in pivotal characters. Hiphop Tamizha is composing the music for the film.
