Lions Club of Zameen Pallavaram under the leadership of Radhakrishnan recently celebrated a students welfare programme at Sarvodaya School, New Colony, Chrompet. About 60 students participated and got free note books, pens, pencils, books, etc.

They were also treated with sweets and snacks. Later the club under the leadership of its district chairperson Charless visited Sai Old-age Home and provided free breakfast, lunch, evening snacks and dinner for 70 inmates of the home.

They wished the club Happy Pongal. Governor of Lions 324A6 Suresh presided over both the functions. District chairperson Dr K Narayanan coordinated the functions.
