Chennai: Spiritual leader Mata Amritanandamayi Devi will arrive Chennai today as part of her 10-day tour of Tamilnadu.

She will take part in the 29th anniversary celebrations of the Brahmasthanam Temple and offer darshan to her devotees 24 and 25 January at the Mata Amritanandamayi Math, Virugambakkam.

Special programmes like Amma’s satsang, bhajans, dhyanam, darshan, special poojas and homams will take place on these days. Time cards to avail tokens (free of cost) for Amma’s darshan will be distributed from 6.30 am on 24 and 25 January, a press release said.

As more devotees are expected to participate in the spiritual programme, elaborate arrangements are being made at the math for the festival to facilitate smooth conduct of the events. Annadhaanam will be arranged for everyone on both days.
