The 118th annual music festival of Sri Parthasarathy Swamy Sabha will be inaugurated on 16 December.

The 20-day cultural festival will take place at Vidya Bharathi, Bheemsena Gardens Road, Mylapore. Ranganatha Yatheendra Mahadesikan, Azhagiyasingar of Ahobila Math will give away Kalasarathy Awards at the inauguration.

Violinist A Kanyakumari will be presented Sangeeta Kalasarathy Award, Palaghat Mani Iyer Centenary Award will be given to V Kamalakar Rao, Dr MLV Award to Amrutha Venkatesh, Dwaram Venkataswami Naidu Award to Embar S Kannan. There would be a series of music and dance performances for 20 days.
