Chennai: Grundfos India, manufacturer of energy efficient pumps has launched a new mobile service campaign that it says focuses on bringing the service offerings to the customers’ doorstep.

The Grundfos Service vehicle will be in various commercial or industrial premises of Tamilnadu and Karnataka, where services such as free performance evaluation of pumps, free maintenance guidance, discounted spare prices and quick solution to issues with respect to pumps / systems can be availed.

Commenting on the campaign, associate vice president – Service, Grundfos India, Arumugam T, said, “As customer satisfaction is of paramount importance to Grundfos, we have launched this campaign to bring service closer to the customer. One of the key features of this vehicle is the prompt and reliable service wherever the customer may be.”
