Aadi Perukku festival celebrated with fervour in TN

On the auspicious occasion of Aadi Perukku, a traditional festival celebrated by Tamils, people gathered at Pushya Mandapam shore in Thiruvaiyaru, Thanjavur district, to offer prayers and take a holy dip in the Cauvery River.
