RBI imposes Rs 1.73 crore penalty on HSBC

The Reserve Bank of India on Monday said it has imposed a penalty of Rs 1.73 crore on HSBC for non-compliance with norms. This action is based on the deficiencies in regulatory compliance and is not intended to pronounce upon the validity
