Five districts likely to receive heavy rains for next few days

With a low-pressure area likely to form over the Northeast Bay of Bengal, the Chennai Regional Meteorological Centre (RMC) has stated that heavy rainfall is likely to occur at one or two places over the Nilgiris, and Ghat areas of Coimbatore, Theni, Dindigul, Tiruppur and Tenkasi districts of Tamil Nadu for the next four days from September 5.
