CM Stalin writes to Modi 

Tamil Nadu Chief Minister M. K. Stalin has written a detailed letter to Prime Minister Narendra Modi, urging the Indian government to take strong diplomatic action to protect the rights and interests of Sri Lankan Tamils amid proposed constitutional reforms in Sri Lanka.
