Ashwin becomes first Indian male player to join BBL

Indian spin legend Ravichandran Ashwin has made history by signing with Sydney Thunder for BBL 15, marking the biggest overseas signing since the inception of the league. The 39-year-old off-spinner is the first Indian national men’s cricketer to participate in the Big Bash League.
