Police have summoned Adhav Arjuna to provide video footage recorded on the campaign bus of TVK.

The move follows the Karur stampede, which left 41 people dead. Investigators believe the bus camera footage could give important clues about what happened during the crowd surge.

Police have also called Nirmal Kumar, TVK deputy general secretary, to hand over the recordings.

A one-member inquiry panel led by retired judge Aruna Jegadeesan is already probing the incident. Cases have been filed against local party officials, including Karur West district secretary Madiyalagan.
