Ajith Kumar’s film Good Bad Ugly has been removed from Netflix due to a copyright infringement lawsuit filed by renowned composer Ilaiyaraaja. The film, directed by Adhik Ravichandran, featured several songs composed by Ilaiyaraaja, including “Ottha Ruba Tharen,” “En Jodi Manja Kuruvi,” and “Ilamai Idho Idho.” Ilaiyaraaja alleged that the filmmakers used his compositions without authorization and demanded ₹5 crore in damages along with an unconditional written apology.The Madras High Court issued a restraining order against the producers, preventing the exhibition of the film with the disputed songs. In compliance with this order, Netflix has removed the movie from its platform. Good Bad Ugly was initially released in theaters on April 10 and began streaming on Netflix on May 8. The film also starred Trisha, Arjun Das, Prasanna, Prabhu, and Sunil.
