Chennai: The city police arrested a man for clicking the photograph of a woman at Kamarajar Salai, last night.

According to the police, a woman and her husband, who own a textile shop at Sowcarpet, were riding on a two-wheeler.

When they reached Labour Statue signal, a man on the next vehicle clicked a picture of her on his mobile phone. She raised an alarm and the public held the man and confiscated the phone and found the picture. He was subsequently taken to the police station.

The accused was identified as Vignesh Vinayakamurthy (26), an air-conditioner mechanic from Royapuram.
Anna Square police have registered a case and police are interrogating him.
