Ajmal ready for ‘Second Show’

Ajmal plays the lead in a movie titled ‘Second Show’. Produced by Darkroom Creations, the movie will be shot entirely in London. Written and directed by A T Gnanam, it is a fantasy and suspense thriller. Pallavi Subash, Ashudha Sonavane, Pooja Mandle, Vidya, Black Pandi form part of the cast.

The CBI has arrested a city-based businessman for allegedly trying to offer a Rs 2 crore bribe to its DIG-ranked officer to clear a pending probe against his company.

Gautham Menon in GV Prakash’s next

After ‘Sivappu Manjal Pachai’, GV Prakash will be playing the lead in a movie to be bankrolled by S N Rajarajan of K Productions. It would be directed by Mathimaran Pugazhendhi, who has earlier worked with Vetri Maaran as assistant director. Gautham Menon will be playing a prominent role in the movie. Vagai Chandrasekar is also in the cast.

Kamal completes Chennai leg of ‘Indian 2’ shoot

Actor Kamal Haasan completed the shoot for the first schedule of ‘Indian 2’ shoot in Chennai. A grand set resembling a jail was set up in a studio here where important scenes were shot. The cast and crew would be going to Rajahmundhry soon.

The teaser of Vishal starrer ‘Action’ was out on Friday. Directed by Sundar C, it is loaded with unlimited action. The teaser that runs for over one minute features Vishal performing daredevil stunt scenes. He is seen flexing his muscles in foreign land.
